There are certain fruit flavors that go remarkably well together. The pineapple, orange, banana trio has been a favorite flavor combination of mine for as long as I can remember. As a child it was a special treat when mom came home with a half-gallon of Dole’s Pineapple Orange Banana Juice!
Who doesn’t love a nice cold frozen treat on a warm summer’s day? It just made sense to create a tasty popsicle out of these flavors!

Fruit Benefits
Not only are tropical fruits delicious, they’re also quite nutritious. Pineapples are a rich source of Vitamin C and Manganese along with a host of other vitamins and minerals. While oranges boast additional high amounts of Vitamin C and antioxidants which help to prevent signs of aging.
Bananas offer a good amount of Vitamin B6 which keeps your liver, kidneys, and nervous system healthy. And coconut milk… you can do so many things with coconut milk! Coconuts contain lauric acid which helps aid the immune system.
To Make Your Pineapple Orange Banana Popsicles
Gather your ingredients together. Grate and peel your orange, peel your banana, and cut up your fresh pineapple. Pour the can of coconut milk into a small bowl and whisk together well. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into 6 popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
Pineapple Orange Banana Popsicles
Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- 1 large orange (or 3 clementines)
- 1 tsp orange zest
- ½ cup of freshly chopped pineapple
- 1 medium banana
- ¼ cup of full fat canned coconut milk
Directions
- Prepare your ingredients. Chop your pineapple. Zest and peel your orange and peel your banana.
- Pour the can of coconut milk into a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Add the coconut milk to a blender, and then the pineapple chunks, orange, zest, banana, and blend well. Pour into 6 popsicle molds and freeze overnight. Enjoy!
